FItness classes deliver the burn this summer!
Summer is in full swing at shiFt studio. Our members love the fused format classes called “spin & lift”. This format delivers, strength, core, cardio and mobility in a motivating 75 minute class. Our teachers use all of our toys and tools to create challenging combinations that vary class-to-class. We know boredom is the enemy, so, we work relentlessly to craft training sessions that keep you guessing and help you accomplish your fitness goals, whatever that may be.
