Old school!  Get ready for a variety of functional, strength & cardio moves to get your heart pumping.  We use Tabata, HIIT and circuit formats to mix up our training sessions.

A challenging combination class. 45m of cycling followed by 45m of TRX and functional strength training. We will hit every muscle group…hard.

This class incorporates all our tools and toys.  Focus is on strength and form.  Be prepared to work all muscle groups and to take your cardio to the next level with compound movements and challenging core moves.

TRX basics

New to TRX or need a refresh, this free class is open to all.

TRX/TRX remix

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. TRX is a total body workout using your body weight as resistance. Focus is on proper body alignment, form and execution of the TRX foundational moves. Designed to make you STRONG!  Remix classes incorporate functional equipment and moves to challenge your core strength & stability.
